LES CELLULES DU CANCER S’ALIMENTENT DE :
a. Le SUCRE est un aliment du cancer. Ne pas consommer de sucre coupe un des éléments les plus importants des cellules cancéreuses. Il
existe des substituts du sucre comme la saccharine, mais ils sont faits avec de l’ Aspartame et sont très nocifs… Un meilleur substitut du sucre est le miel de manuka ou la mélasse mais en petites quantités.
Le SEL contient un additif chimique afin de paraître blanc. Une meilleure alternative pour le sel est le sel de mer ou les sels végétaux.
Le LAIT cause dans le corps la production de mucus, spécialement dans le conduit intestinal.Les cellules cancéreuses s’alimentent de
mucus. En éliminant le lait et en lui substituant du lait de soja, les cellules du cancer n’ont rien à manger, par conséquent elles meurent.
c. Les cellules cancéreuses murissent dans un milieu ambiant acide. Un régime à base de VIANDE ROUGE est acide, il vaut mieux manger du poisson et un peu de poulet à la place de la viande de bœuf ou de porc. De plus, la viande contient des antibiotiques, hormones et parasites qui sont très nocifs, spécialement pour les personnes cancéreuses. a) Un régime de 80% de végétaux frais et jus, céréales, graines, noix, amandes et seulement un peu de fruits mettent le corps dans un milieu
ambiant alcalin. On doit consommer seulement 20% de nourriture cuite, incluant les haricots. Les jus de légumes frais provisionnent le corps
en co-enzymes qui sont faciles à absorber et arrivent aux cellules 15 minutes après avoir été consommés pour nourrir et aider à former des
cellules saines. Pour obtenir des enzymes vivantes qui aident à construire des cellules saines, on doit essayer de boire des jus de
légumes (pratiquement tous incluant l’alfafa) et manger beaucoup de légumes frais 2 ou 3 fois par jour.

Il a dit que nous ne devons pas mettre les contenants en plastique au micro-ondes. Spécialement les nourritures qui contiennent du gras. Il dit que la combinaison de gras et lla forte chaleur avec le plastique transporte la dioxine à l’intérieur de la nourriture et par conséquent ensuite à notre corps.
A la place, on peut utiliser du verre comme Pyrex ou de la céramique pour chauffer la nourriture.

Everyday factors contributing to the rise of cancer 
There is a commonly held notion that ‘everything’ causes cancer nowadays, and although it may often be a flippant response from someone who is frustrated by all the things they need to avoid, it is becoming glaringly obvious that a wide variety of our core activities are indeed contributing to cancer growth.

Behold, a shortened list of these cancer causing factors:

– X-rays
– Sunlight ultraviolet rays
– EMF exposure
– Ionizing, microwave oven, and nonionizing radiation from domestic appliances
– Overhead power lines

The only way to halt these scary cancer statistics is to be aware of the factors contributing to cancer, avoid them at all costs and engage in a clean and nourishing lifestyle that does not promote its growth.

What can we do to put the odds more in our favour?

First of all, eat a clean, alkaline diet full of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and probiotics on a daily basis that supports the development of a healthy immune system. Examples of such foods include:

– Algae (e.g. chlorella, spirulina)
– Fermented foods (vegetables, kefirs)
– Medicinal mushrooms like reishi and chaga
– Adaptogenic herbs like astragulus, gynostemma, siberian ginseng, goji
– Aloe vera
– Hemp
– Garlic
– Kale
– Broccoli
– Cauliflower
– Watercress
– Cilantro
– Berries
– Pomegranates

Also look to consume pure water, get fresh air, expose yourself to the sunshine for 15-20 minutes a day (don’t expose your skin to the point of burning), exercise and consider colonics and coffee enemas.

In contrast, you need to limit or avoid dairy, sugar, grains and animal protein, which are all hard on digestion and the immune system.

This is certainly not an exhaustive list, as entire books are catered to cancer therapies and how to avoid cancer altogether. The core theme in all of them is to:

– Avoid all impurities in food, air and water
– Cleanse your body with alkaline, easily digestible and nutrient rich foods (including necessary whole food supplementation)
– Begin a protocol of liver cleansing and regenerating herbs

Even though it won’t be easy, the trends can be reversed. We just need to recognize the power of the body to heal itself when it is given the right medicine and carry out those actions on a consistent basis.

Walnut eaters reduce risk of dying from heart disease or cancer by nearly fifty percent

(NaturalNews) Heart disease and cancer in all their different forms take the lives of nearly three-quarters of all men, women and children in the US each year. Yet thousands of well constructed research bodies have shown that most chronic diseases can be prevented by making simple lifestyle changes including diet, smoking, physical activity and exposure to toxic household and environmental pollutants through our early and middle adult years. Specific foods and nutrients such as resveratrol, curcumin, green tea and leafy greens have demonstrated specific properties that help to prevent and fight cardiovascular disease and cancer, and should be included as part of your regular daily diet and supplement plan.

A research study team based in Spain has published the result of their research in the journal, BMC Medicine that explains that those who eat nuts more than three times a week had a reduced risk of dying from cancer or cardiovascular disease than non-nut eaters. To conduct their research, scientists looked at the effect on the prevention of cardiovascular disease when the participants were put on a Mediterranean diet with extra nuts and extra virgin olive oil, compared with a control group following a low-fat diet.

Raw nuts, especially walnuts help lower blood pressure and blood lipids to thwart chronic disease

The scientists analyzed more than 7,000 people aged between 55 and 90 years, and divided them into two groups based on adherence to a Mediterranean style diet that included nuts, and especiallywalnuts, or those following a low-fat diet. The team found that people who eat more than three servings of nuts (1 serving equal approximately one ounce) a week had a 55 percent lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease and a 40 percent reduced risk of death from cancer.

Lead study author, Dr. Jordi Salas-Salvad commented “How nuts are able to prevent premature mortality is not entirely clear, nor why walnut should be better for you than other nuts. Walnuts have particularly high content of alpha-linoleic acid and phytochemicals…, along with fiber and minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium, may contribute to their healthy effect.” Past studies have demonstrated that walnuts in particular are a beneficial part of a healthy diet and are the best source of antioxidants, containing twice the amount as normal nuts.

Researchers also note that people who ate nuts had a lower body mass index and smaller waist. Further, this group was found to be more physically active and less likely to smoke. The study authors conclude “Questions about specific constituents, amount, duration and type of nuts to be consumed remain to be elucidated. Meanwhile, we might need to focus on the question of how to better promote nut consumption in the population and sustainably integrate it into the daily diet.” Nutrition experts recommend replacing one daily serving of fruits and vegetables with a one ounce serving of raw nuts to significantly lower the risk of dying from heart disease and cancer.

I Juiced to Beat Cancer and Turned Orange!

The Centers for Disease Control and the National Cancer Institute recommend you eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day, but 9+ servings per day is essential if you want to transform your health. Most folks I know don’t even average 1 serving per day.
Sorry grains and starches don’t count.
Our modern processed food diet has left our bodies starving for nutrients at the cellular level. Juicing is the best way to extract massive amounts of nutrients from vegetables; without having to sit down and eat several pounds of vegetables per day.
Let’s review the digestive process, shall we?  
When you chew food you are essentially juicing it in your mouth. You are breaking it down into liquid form, and breaking open the cell walls, so the nutrients can be absorbed by your body. The particles that cannot be broken down by your teeth or by your digestive system, pass through. The better you chew your food before you swallow, the more nutrients you are able to absorb.
A major component of my anti-cancer diet was drinking eight 8 oz glasses of freshly juiced organic carrot and vegetable juice every day.
My strategy was to eliminate all processed food from my diet and flood my body with vital raw nutrients in order to give my immune system all the fuel and firepower it needed to heal me. Juicing releases approximately 90% of the nutrients in food, which is about three times better than you can do with your teeth.  Another important factor is absorption. If your  body is overloaded with toxins, you could be absorbing as little as 1% of the nutrients in the food you eat.
My daily routine: I got up every morning and made enough juice (about 64 oz) to last me throughout the day. I put it in air tight pitchers, and mason jars to keep it fresh and potent throughout the day. I drank 12-16 oz at a time: early morning, mid-morning, lunchtime, afternoon, dinnertime, and before bed.
Why Carrot Juice?
Raw carrot juice is rich in cancer fighting nutrients: vitamins, minerals, flavonoids and carotenoids including Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K, alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and lignans (enterolactone). It also is a good natural source of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sulphur, silicone and chlorine.
“The carotenoids and vitamin A have shown a strong ability to inhibit cancer induction not only by viruses, but also by chemicals and radiation as well. At least part of the effect is from these nutrients acting directly on the genes.”

There are some natural health advocates out there that do not recommend carrot or beet juice because they think it contains too much sugar and “sugar feeds cancer”. While it is true that cancer cells feed on glucose, the sugars in plant food can also deliver anti-cancer nutrients straight to the cancer cells. I’m talking about nutrients that can turn off cancer genes, interfere with cancer cell reproduction, and cause apoptosis (cancer cell suicide). So I never worried about the sugar content in beets and carrots.
I drank so much carrot juice I turned orange. Really orange.  The palms of my hands looked crazy.  This picture was taken November 2004, Micah was eight months pregnant with our first daughter Marin.  This photo has not been retouched.  I really was that orange!  (I was also super skinny at 6’2″ 140 lbs.  It’s pretty tough to gain weight on a raw vegan diet!)
One nurse actually told me I was drinking too much carrot juice.  Silly nurse, you can’t overdose on carrots!
Note:  Fruit juice is very high in concentrated sugar which may be problematic if you are sick, so I chose not to drink it.  A good rule of thumb is to Eat your Fruits and Juice your Vegetables. Fruit is better in a smoothie because you are still eating it whole. The fiber slows the absorption of sugar into your bloodstream.
There are a million different combinations of veggie juice, but here’s the one I drank the most.
Carrot, Celery, Beet and Ginger Juice :  
My basic
 formula is 5 Carrots, 5  Celery Stalks, 1/4 of a Beet (root and top), and a small slice of Ginger Root about the size of a quarter (the coin). Ginger is a very powerful cancer fighting spice, don’t leave it out!  Also don’t get too hung up on the formula. The type of juicer you have will determine how many carrots and celery stalks you’ll need to juice to make a glass.  And there’s a million different  juice combinations out there, so have fun experimenting.  Watch the ginger, it’s strong.
Straight carrot juice is delicious by itself, but the beet, celery, and ginger add a broad spectrum of powerful nutrients.  Also make sure you’re buying Organic produce.  The last thing you need is chemical pesticides in your juice. You may not like the taste but it doesn’t matter, your not drinking it for the taste. Just down it.
I also like to mix in an alkalizing green powder like
 Perfect Food Raw. It’s made with 35 Nutrient-Dense Raw Organic Greens, Sprouts, and Veggies and it’s rich in Chlorophyll, Trace Minerals, Antioxidants, Enzymes, and Probiotics.  Feel free to add as many vegetables to it as you want: broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, asparagus, peppers, cucumber, etc.
Here’s what I did: I got up every morning and made enough juice to last me throughout the day.  This was around 64 oz total, or eight 8 oz servings. I stored the juice in air tight mason jars in the fridge. You may not need to drink that much… If you’re familiar with the Law of Diminishing Returns, you know that there is a point at which you are consuming the maximum amount of nutrients that your body can absorb in one day. It’s hard to know where that point is exactly, so my strategy was to overdose on nutrition, to insure that my body was getting all the nutrients it needed to heal.
Note: I don’t juice leafy green vegetables like spinach and kale because they just aren’t very juicy. You have to juice like a pound just to get a few drops! I prefer to blend leafy greens up in a smoothie, that way you don’t waste any.

And if you’re serious about juicing everyday, you’re gonna need a high quality juicer.
I love my Champion JuicerI’ve been using the one in the picture since 2004. It has a heavy duty commercial motor and is way easier to clean up than most juicers.  And believe me, easy clean up will make all the difference in making juicing a part of your regular routine.  
If money is tight, there are cheaper alternatives like The Juiceman ProCheap Juicers don’t get as much juice out and they don’t last as long, but if that’s all you can afford, get one!

Coconut oil ketogenic cleanse for cancer

Cancer cells can only survive and thrive off of glucose and amino acid fermentation. A ketogenic cleanse has been proposed as a means of starving off cancer cell development. Famous cell biologist Otto Warburg discovered that cancer cells have altered metabolism and are unable to produce energy through normal cellular respiration. Mitochondrial damage and genomic instability

These cells depend upon rapid glycolytic processes for all their energy demands. Fast growing metastatic cancers are seen to have glycolytic rates up to two hundred times higher than normal tissues.

Cancer cells need sugar

Dr. Thomas Seyfried has expanded upon Warburg’s theories to show that cancer cells can produce energy through glucose and amino acid fermentation. In order to drive enough sugar to run their metabolic systems the cancer cells upregulate insulin receptors and contain ten times more than normal cells. This allows them to gobble up glucose and other nutrients from the blood stream at an accelerated rate.

The metabolism of fatty acids results in ketones that normal cells can utilize but cancer cells cannot. These ketone bodies provide a great anti-inflammatory fuel source for the body that also starves the cancer cells from their nutrient demands.

Dr. Seyfried’s research has shown that optimal blood sugar levels for cancer starvation are between 55-65 mg/dl and ketone levels should get up over 3mM and stay under 7mM. Fast growing metastatic cancer should go the full 10 days on the cleanse if possible.

Prostate cancer linked to high intake of protein and calcium from dairy

(NaturalNews) The European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition (EPICN) is a multicenter meta-epidemiological (broad statistical survey) study designed to assess cancer risks by investigating past and current relationships between diet, lifestyle, environmental factors and cancer among a large population of different EU nations.

EPICN had a pool of 500,000 men and women recruited from 28 centers in 10 European countries: Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom (UK) for several studies involving different cancers and groups with different lifestyles and diets.

A UK sub-study isolated 142,251 men from this vast pool, excluding Norway and France. Both of those nations had only women in the study. The men were recruited between 1989 and 2004 with a median age of 52, mostly white Europeans from the eight nations that had men in the EPICN cohort (group of similar types).

During recruitment, this male group taken from the EPICN required consentual access to medical records, no history or diagnosis of cancer proven by medical records, and were able to complete questionnaires on their diet, lifestyle and medical history.

Men in the top one percent and bottom one percent of the institutionally recommended caloric intake were excluded from this study in order to remove wide variances from their statistical analysis.

The UK study

The UK study, “Animal foods, protein, calcium and prostate cancer risk: the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition” study was completed in March 2007 and its paper was published in the British Journal of Cancer in April 2008.

Animal foods for those in the study included total meat and meat products with their subcategories, fish and shellfish with their subcategories, and dairy products, including milk, yoghurt, cheese, and eggs. Food amounts were measured in grams.

It had already been hypothesized that a high intake of animal protein enhanced growth hormone activity to increase the risk of prostate cancer. Some non-clinical studies showed a strong correlation with milk to higher incidents of prostate cancer with the hypothesis that high calcium intake from dairy products inhibits the synthesis of vitamin D.

After an average of 8.7 years of follow-up, 2,727 men were diagnosed with prostate cancer among the 142,520 participants. The UK did not find a direct association with milk alone to prostate cancer, as other studies seemed to have suggested.

But they determined that protein from milk products, cheese, yoghurt, and others was a strong factor among those whose daily consumption exceeded the recommended daily amount by 35 grams (1.2 ounces) daily.

Calcium from dairy products was associated with prostate cancer risk as well, but not calcium from other foods. In the researchers’ opinion, their results support the hypothesis that a high intake of protein or calcium from dairy products may increase the risk for prostate cancer.

Opinion Despite statistical machinations to offset extraneous factors and with just under a 2 percent prostate cancer outcome among 142,500 men over several years of monitoring, one wonders how this can be so conclusive.

One may question if dairy products, especially dairy products from raw milk, increase the risk of prostate cancer. Raw milk dairy product intake was not considered in this study,

One thing is for certain, this study kept several researchers busily employed for a few years.

Reduce your cancer risk – especially colorectal – by eating more ginger

(NaturalNews) Ginger is one of Ayurveda’s favorite medicinal and tonic herbs, and it has emerged also as a culinary favorite lately. There has been considerable clinical testing by modern Western medicine that shows ginger’s anti-inflammatory effects.

Now, there’s been a small trial that points to ginger’s capacity for inhibiting and preventing cancer. The trial was performed on 20 subjects who were considered high risk for colorectal cancer.

Colorectal cancer is cancer of the colon or rectum. It is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer, and it is the second most lethal. The cancer industry asserts that early detection leads to possibly thwarting the death sentence.

They insist on screening often from age 50. Screening may include removed polyp biopsies or colonoscopies and CT Scans. Then comes the cut (surgery) and poison (chemotherapy). Chris Wark of Memphis, Tennessee was diagnosed with stage three colon cancer at the young age of 26.

He underwent surgery, but refused chemotherapy. A book literally laid on his doorstep led him into a strict raw vegan and juicing diet with supplements and herbs, which was modified a few months later by a local naturopath.

That ginger cancer prevention trial

The pilot trial was conducted at Atlanta, Georgia’s Emory University. It was published in the National Institute of Health’s (NIH)PubMed as “Effects of Ginger Supplementation on Cell Cycle Biomarkers in the Normal-Appearing Colonic Mucosa: Results from a Pilot, Randomized, Controlled Trial.”

The usual division of placebo and test subjects divided the group of 20 individuals considered high risk for colorectal cancer into two groups of 10 each. This double blind study approach is a rather cruel hoax for the placebo subjects while using non-toxic medicines.

But they insist on this protocol and others that torture animals so they can accept it as evidence based research.

The 10 lucky subjects were given two grams of ginger a day for 28 days. State of the art diagnostic testing was utilized to observe various markers on all 20 subjects detrimental to cancer forming. They examined biopsies of rectal mucosa and epithelium (thin tissue layer) crypts (tiny pockets) from both groups.

After the 28 days, biopsy markers for those who were taking two grams of ginger daily were markedly better than the placebo group.

The researchers concluded: “… ginger may reduce proliferation in the normal-appearing colorectal epithelium and increase apoptosis [cancer cell death] and differentiation relative to proliferation … [to] support a larger study to further investigate these results.”

In other words, you can use ginger to help keep cancer away, especially colorectal cancer.

Suggestions for consuming ginger

You can purchase ginger capsules, or use ginger powder to make your own and/or sprinkle onto foods. Two grams doesn’t amount to much, especially if you use it for teas, beverages, or with food.

You can purchase ginger root from most health food stores. Ginger root is not among the top “dirty dozen” of most pesticide sprayed foods. So don’t worry if organic ginger root is not within your budget.

Peel the skin off ginger roots just before using them. If you juice with a masticating juicer, you can drop a couple inches of the root into your juicer along with other veggies and apples. It spices things up and supplies a large dose of cancer preventing ginger.

For ginger tea, it’s best to use the traditional method of covering the bottom of a pan with thin slices of peeled ginger root, bringing it to a boil then letting it simmer for a half-hour. Whatever you don’t drink can be stored in the fridge for a few days.

Un spray ne vaut pas l’autre, si l’un est un concentré de propolis pure, et l’autre de l’eau sucrée avec 1 % de propolis… Ne vous étonnez pas si le produit qui contient le plus de propolis est également le plus cher.

(NaturalNews) Cancer and candida are apparently closely related. Some even claim Candida causes cancer, while others say they both originate and thrive in the same low pH, high acidic environment, possibly with a symbiotic relationship.

Candida yeast fungi are present to some extent in most or perhaps all of us. When the fungus overwhelms the gut’s probiotic presence is when Candida begins to be an overall health threat.

When it comes to the relationship of candida to cancer, very few oncologists will consider that possibility. This; despite the fact that there are increasing reports of cancer tumors residing amongst Candida colonies from many orthodox medical sources.

The prerequisite conditions that precipitate Candida are: Using pharmaceuticals, especially antibiotics; diets high in sugary foods and beverages, excess alcohol, cigarette smoking, and caffeine, SAD (standard American diet) with lots of processed flour and other processed foods, a long period of anxiety or worry.
